Planning

Support

TriNET offers a variety of User and Administrator Training Programs and Support Services to meet your specific needs. Services range from customized Managed Services and Maintenance Contracts, Priority Access Contracts (PAC) that allow you to purchase a block of support time at volume discounts, to traditional Time & Material programs. All support services start with a toll-free call to our CRM Help Desk which provides first-level problem identification and resolution and initiates and tracks all service requests.
